I Love it there!!!! The salt room and infrared sauna really helps me with my allergies and the muscle pain and fatigue I have with my Lyme disease.
My first experience with A Salt Spa was awesome. I did the Detox foot bath and Salt room. I am eager to go back. This was so relaxing.

The Salt Room experience is unlike anything I have ever done before for my health! The beautiful rooms are something to see...very unique and peaceful...all beautiful. My sinusitis symptoms have been relieved for weeks so I return when they start up again. I took some friends several times with me and one of my friends who is in her late 70's reported to me that after just two visits her arthritic hands are opening freely again! Amazing.
