I’m very disappointed I was excited getting my hair done bc I read the reviews was very good, when I made appointment I made sure I get a professional hairstylist bc I just move here in NB from Ontario looking for a good hairstylist and when I came in she saw my hair she told me she can’t do my hair bc she never done bleach before I thought she have 14 years experience in hairstyling and she never done it before that’s just crazy. I drove 45 minutes from Fredericton wasted my time and gas.

Booked an appointment almost a month in advance. I was told I would receive a confirmation text before the appointment and didn't. Called to confirm the day before and was told yes it's in the system and everything was confirmed. The person who answered the phone said sometimes the text confirmation doesn't work. Showed up the next day and my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. I was also told I would receive a call back from the hairstylist and that hasn't happen and this was 5 days ago.
