I had a very poor first experience and will not use this company again. Their prices are hard to beat and the staff and technician were very friendly, however the company is a pain to deal with. I hired them to open up a system for the year. They came out on a Wednesday and during the course of opening the system a valve was broke. It was an old valve however it was operating just fine. Simply Green is the only company I will have touch my sprinkler system. Very professional, always provide the service exactly the same. They notify me ahead of time to schedule my appts, send me reminders, and are always on time. The deliver what you pay for and thier prices are better than anyone in the metro. Its amazing because it seems like every year I get a different person out to inspect my system and the friendly customer service never changes.
