WARNING!! Walk away from this guy. They are kind but that’s it. I got a tankless water heater. It’s been only 5 years now not working. Water leak from inside. No hot water. They said the service will be done in 1 or 2 days. Guess what. It’s been 4 days and there’s not even ETA. It is Saturday today. I called them to see when they are coming. They said, “We don’t work Saturday sorry”. Ok, that’s fair. But, if you don’t want to work on weekends, then work during the week days!!!
Don’t ever rent at lease , biggest scam !! Waiting 5 days to get the heat pump fix, still waiting
SCAM company. You get trapped in their contract while buying a new construction home. The buyout amounts are upwards of 8 grand for a basic hot water tank. Trying to communicate with them is terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
