This company I'm sure is run out of someones basement . I bought a new build through Tribute Homes and they installed the tankless hot water heater . The company expects you to sign a 15 year contract that they can change the pricing at any time . If I could leave no stars, I would. Please read the fine print when agreeing to their terms. I sold my property 4 months ago and am still being billed by this company, despite approaching the new homeowners and them showing me that they have switched over billing to their name, my lawyers getting involved and speaking to countless representatives of the company. They don't seem to care that I have sold my property.
True definition of scammers. They have built their entire business on predatory lease agreements which is why they got sued. Please read any contract you sign with this company VERY carefully. They are known to have the worst terms and conditions and you will end up paying lots of money for crappy equipment and no service.
⭐ 1 star is the lowest rating Google allows — but it is nowhere near how I feel about Simply Green Home. If I could, I would give them -100 stars. The sales representative presented it to me as a service agreement. What was not clearly disclosed to me was that I was actually signing a 15-year equipment rental contract, with a significant buyout cost if I wanted to end it early.
