Very bad service!!!! Unreliable!!! I gave Simply Smart a void check for a rental water heater. Simply Green + Crown Crest charged me for extra auto-payments for total of $927.45/month. Unknown service source. It's fraud!!!! When I asked for investigation. I waited and waited. No one is getting back to me. No mangers I can talk to. The auto-payments cannot be stopped!!! It a FRAUD!!!
If you have issues with any of their Installations just call TSSA. I am sure Simply Green is on their radar already. They sold a water heater contract to my late mother. She had dementia. They are the lowest of the low. Run the other way very quickly. When a company cannot use the banking system as a payee and all payments are done through CC, that should be the alarm that's says shady at best:
Where did they get 4.2 stars from? From the many reviews that I've read, most or 1 star and most of them would have put a minus 0 if they had the option. Simply Green Home Services sound really nice and helpful on the phone BUT that is about it. We have had nothing but trouble with our Bosch water heater. I piece of junk. The hot water was way too hot. We have asked many times to lower the heat but they never have. The system shuts down often and we had to go downstairs and reboot the system.
