I signed a contract that was 48 dollars a month but they took 61 dollars from me every month and told me that’s the contract I signed. Complete liars.
I have no services with this company. Somehow they have my name and number and then insist I have a rental water heater with them in some unknown address That I have no affiliation with nor have I ever heard of I confirmed with them time and time again that I don’t have anything with them And they keep harassing me them having the wrong information for their client is not a me problem.
It seems that Canada does not have any control and does not have standards to set for companies such as this. As usual those who are in lower income are at a disadvantage and cannot afford a lawyer to contest these companies so they continue with unethical practices my son rented a tank from them just took over this company Rental when he bought the house. I would never recommend using these people as they do a horrible install and are not good to customer 😕
It took 4 times but Deshan was most helpful.Thankyou Sir. Sand Piper is not a good company. Always problems. Time to move on. 5 stars for Deshan only.
