0 stars if it was an option. Horrendous customer service. I own a property and inherited 2 of their heat pumps. Whenever something breaks, it takes multiple days for them to arrange a service call. I’ve been lied to about a credit they promised I would receive due to the machine being broken for 2 weeks. Followed up multiple times and I have yet to receive a credit on my account. all their 5 star reviews are fake and use the same Ai style language to convince potential buyers that they don’t have a terrible reputation.
