I ordered flowers for my grand nephew on Saturday for delivery on Monday the day of his surgery because he was there one night. They were not delivered. I gave my phone number to this florist and explained that he wouldn’t have a room until Monday. When the flowers were not delivered their response was they couldn’t get a room number. But they did not call me despite leaving my number. They apparently called the hospital and couldn’t get a room number then you friggin call me and I’ll find it after paying $100 and relying on... read more
