My husband and I were members of Simply Fitness for 2 years. We had a great experience and will truly miss this gym when we move! I participated in the AR12 fitness group and was really challenged and pushed to give my best. I came out with results I didn't think were possible. The trainers really helped me to reach my goals. I've been going there a year now and love it? Great staff and Great Senior Rates. I did a 12 week program with a personal trainer and it was great too. I would highly recommend this place.
