If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I wanted to wait until I had the full service to write a review. My first appointment went so well. The staff is very courteous and I actually saw a doctor nothing online! She knew her stuff and took the time to explain my eye care. I did not feel rushed, and everybody took the time to make sure the prescription was right. Dr. Kaila is so wonderful. She’s been our eye doctor for over 15 years now, and I am so thankful for her and the awesome team she’s built. We love her and appreciate the care we receive every visit.
Disappointment regarding my recent experience at your office in Tulare, CA. Unfortunately, my visit did not align with my expectations for customer service and professionalism. The reason I rated this place a 1 star is because I had called and made an appointment as a new patient. The day before my appointment they called and canceled on me. So I found another office. Just last week they called and asked if I was ready to make an appointment "since I canceled the last appointment" I corrected the lady on the phone and told her that I never canceled my appointment, it was actually you guys who canceled on me. I asked them to remove me from the calling list last week and just today they called AGAIN.... read more
