Worst experience ever at this office. During the 4 month experience, of not receiving my new glasses, I received numerous reasons as to why it was taking so long & I was given all of these reasons after I made the phone calls to the office, not once did anyone from the office reach out to me. I finally had to visit the office in person & ask for a refund. Took my refund to Target, received my new glasses in a week & also saved over $200, compared to this office.
I was looking for an optometrist and I called. I left a message and never got a call back. That was April 23rd 2024 around 9:47am.
Excellent service and eye doctor….wouldn’t go anywhere else!
