The reason I rated this place a 1 star is because I had called and made an appointment as a new patient. The day before my appointment they called and canceled on me. So I found another office. Just last week they called and asked if I was ready to make an appointment "since I canceled the last appointment" I corrected the lady on the phone and told her that I never canceled my appointment, it was actually you guys who canceled on me. I asked them to remove me from the calling list last week and just today they called AGAIN.... read more

Worst experience ever at this office. During the 4 month experience, of not receiving my new glasses, I received numerous reasons as to why it was taking so long & I was given all of these reasons after I made the phone calls to the office, not once did anyone from the office reach out to me. I finally had to visit the office in person & ask for a refund. Took my refund to Target, received my new glasses in a week & also saved over $200, compared to this office.
