Simply Elegant is responsive at first and gives a good product. We talked and brainstormed a lot in the beginning and I felt good, but in the end and working with my other vendors, I feel that customer service wasn't the greatest. They were not very flexible during COVID and do not offer any refunds on the deposit. I tried to negotiate this after I paid the deposit of which they refused. I understand times are tough, but every other vendor at the time had adjusted and had some sort of refund, so I just wanted to at least ask... read more

We cannot thank Julie and her team enough for the beautiful work they did on our wedding! We hired them for floral and decor for two ceremonies on the same weekend, a typical western ceremony and a South Indian one. This would have been an overwhelming task alone, but they handled it with professionalism and ease. We had the challenge of building a mandap, or marriage stage and altar, from scratch. Simply Elegant has wedding planners that are exactly what brides dream of! Callie & Julie were absolutely incredible to work with. They saved me so many hours in research because of their years of experience with a variety of vendors in Arizona. They listened to all my detailed requests and helped me stay within my budget.
