My husband and I cannot recommend our planner Hanh and Simply Elegant enough. We had several virtual meetings with Hanh to plan key aspects of our wedding day- budget, design, and 2 timeline meetings. Our planning started out a little bumpy with us changing planners within SEG twice but once we finally got paired with Emma Kielsa everything was a dream! She planned everything perfectly and handled us being out of the country for the majority of the planning wonderfully. I got so many compliments on how well planned and timed everything was and my husband and I felt completely relaxed during the day because we knew Emma had it handled. Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful.
