I Just booked my 3rd appointment with Lauren and I just gotta say, it's a nice feeling to know that I'm getting my regular cut and I don't have to worry that it will or won't be what I want. I know I am going to leave after my appointment tomorrow, feeling fresh and confident! She is just so good at what she does! I'll never go to a "great" clips, again, Thanks to Lauren!
I’ve been seeing Lauren for my cut and color for nearly a year and couldn’t be happier! We’ve explored more with my hair together than I did the 10 years I was living in NYC - all for a better price :) happy to have found my new go-to spot since moving to town!

I hate leaving bad reviews. I've pondered this for 3 weeks now. I finally decided that if I can prevent anyone having a horrible experience, I should. Let me first say that Lauren Townsend is a sweetheart and this is NOT personal. However, I am growing out my gray and wanted to do a balayage with gray/silver on the lower half. My hair is dark, 50/50 gray/dark on the grow out. I provided a photo of how I wanted the balayage to blend into my grow out.
