Amy didn’t do my hair like I showed her in the photos. I told her the next day I wanted it fixed and she refused to fix it after paying $240. We agreed to do a balayage. I got an all over color from a brassy blonde to dark brown with 3 little face framing highlights that are barely noticeable. The photos are the photos I showed her and my results. I’m very unhappy with my experience.
What's not to Love
I would not recommend this business to anyone. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. I sent my wife here for pampering and relaxation, a big mistake. She was treated like she was trash and every time I tried to get her in they kept postponing her appointments. Maybe because she wasn't as regular as the other customers or as rich .
