Greatest home remodeling experience I have ever had! I have had bad luck in the past BUT the three projects Medina Exteriors did at my home in the last few years have all been EXCELLENT! Kevin is the best carpenter I have seen. I used to work in the trade so I know a bit about skill and professionalism and HE has it. This company seems to pick and choose who they want to do business with. Recently, they did a job at my neighbors home. I called twice to ask for an estimate for a project. Stephanie the secretary was very kind and said she'd pass our request onto "Brett." He never returned our call. Thankfully, we have found a more professional, ethical and reputable company to work with. We have not found any messages from this co by text, email or phone calls for the record.
There is a comical story to us choosing Medina’s Exteriors but definitely one worth sharing. We had originally sent a request for a quote over the holidays but didn’t receive a response. We were about to sign a contract with another company when we finally got a callback from Brett at Medina Exteriors. He apologized but with the holidays several people were off. Brett Ruiz of Medina Exteriors and his construction teams did a great job in completing my storm damage work. Their work was flawless as well as their internal and external coordination with me. They also communicated with me and my insurance company every step of the way. I highly recommend Medina Exteriors as an experienced and trustworthy company.
This is the second time we have had Medina Exteriors do some work for us. Last time was residing the house, this year reroofing. Every job has been great! The workers not only did their job well but the cleanup was terrific! So glad we chose this company!
