Stacey and Nilton designed and installed a modern kitchen for us. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and the end result met all our expectations. 3 years later when the bulb on a light fixture over the stove failed I contacted Stacey and she immediately traced the store where the light was purchased, found the warranty had just expired but convinced the store manager to replace the light at no charge! We had Stacey come in to renovate our salon and she did an amazing job. She came during the holiday break and took care of everything. She completed the shopping and the install and did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier.
I recently moved into a new build home and was completely overwhelmed with the thought of designing it. What colours to use, what furniture makes sense etc etc. I found Stacey and I am so happy I did. We had a one hour consult together where she provided me with ideas to dress up the space, wall colours that make sense and ways to arrange my furniture. Honestly, I feel so at ease now! Stacey was very responsive and it was easy to arrange an appointment. She had good insight regarding the outdoor space that we are considering renovating. I will be calling her again, for sure!
We had a really great experience with Stacey and the Simply Design team, from the day we met through to the completion of our kitchen renovation. They were very well organized, efficient and took care of our home like it was their own. They stuck to the schedule (provided) and completed on time. I would have renovated sooner, if I had known how smooth it was going to be. Great team all around!
