I just completed having new dentures made up. What an impressive experience, Tony is a top performer in his profession. He certainly knows how to obtain for his clients a wonderful end result, the fit is perfect, and the appearance is natural. He has a vested interest in achieving the absolute best result, he owns the two clinics, Walnut Grove and Abbotsford and his continued success rests with satisfying each new client. I would like to express my gratitude for resolving the issue with regards to my wife's dentures. It's great to see that customer service still exists.
Issue Unresolved for more then 2 years. Background: My wife needed top and bottom dentures. Right from the first fitting we saw an issue. Tony was asked to fix the issue and it was still not resolved. He then after 2 more failed attempts to fix them they were still not right. We were then told that " come back in 5 years and we will fix them. THAT IS unacceptable!!!!! The dentures were not made right in the first place!! this has been confirmed by another denturist. WG location: I took my mom to Tony after being very disappointed from another technician at a different clinic. He was very welcoming and open to discuss different options. Very important that this place gives warranty. Great customer service overall. I wish I knew this place before.
