I had a really disappointing experience with John at Simply Dents. From the very first phone call, he came across as rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or answering basic questions, he had an attitude the entire time and made it feel like I was inconveniencing him just by calling. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Communication was poor, and the overall experience left a bad impression before any work even started. Great experience from start to finish. John quickly scheduled my appointment, and Jeff came out to my house and fixed two door dings in about 20 minutes. Super fast service, and my truck looks as good as new! Highly recommend
