Big NO NO :Hit my forehead with the X-ray machine, causing me to feel dizzy for several minutes. I just left Simply Dental in Elmhurst earlier. I had a very bad experience at this clinic today. Additional information: I was hit hard by the X-ray machine and immediately felt dizzy today in the office by Amy Ma. I was the one who got injured, and I was simply standing up for myself. However, at the clinic, every staff member, acted as if I should not speak up or let other patients hear it. After I had to speak up multiple times, they finally apologized. This place is absolutely horrible. I went in for a teeth cleaning service, and the receptionist asked about my insurance. I informed her that if they didn't accept my insurance, I could pay out of pocket. Despite this, she still refused to accept me as a patient. Additionally, the staff gave me attitude throughout the interaction, which made the experience even worse. I only wanted to visit this place because I live nearby, but the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the staff makes me regret even considering it. I wou... read more
Used to be my favorite dental office but now I have moved to a better one. The doctor here always change and as well as the hygienist. They told me that I have cavity and have to do filling on my front tooth but then I checked to the other doctor, she said my tooth is fine, just needs to be cleaned more. So there is something fishy about simply dental.
