I have had a good bit of work done recently by Dr. Christy Edmonds, starting with a cleaning and extractions, all of which went well. But my problems started when I had 5 fillings done on one side of my mouth. When I had them done I had a bottom tooth that she filled that she said may have to have a root canal, I'm not sure if the cavities were that bad or if she drilled down too far, and while she was filling a top tooth I had a twinge of pain and heard a crunch, when I jumped she said "did that get your attention?". I can not stop telling everyone I know how rude and un professional your employee is. Sadly due to one person, everyone might get a bad review, but this is not the case, your employee, Fernanda - not sure of her last name, was the most rude person to me! Doesn't she know that WE, the customers, pay her salary??!! I refuse to repeat the words she said towards me and my kid.
