My daughter brought me home cupcakes for my birthday while she and her husband we up on a fall wine tour. They were the BEST I have EVER HAD!!! I highly recommend to anyone that's visiting Traverse to take some home! You'll be WOWED!
Very good cupcakes but it'd be nice if the counter girl smiled and seemed a little more eager to assist guests. I thought maybe it was just me but 2 more couples came in after we did and same thing. Small local businesses depend on the quality of their customer service. Overall, good experience. Comfortable and cute atmosphere. Very fitting. And great cupcakes! Buuut, hire a new counter girl. :)
The cupcakes are AMAZING!!! However the environment has changed with the leaving of Whilla(SP?) who happily greeted the customers who came in. The new lady barely looked up and seemed mostly annoyed with our presence. Still good cupcakes though
I didn't use this place. I went in to ask about cupcakes for a wedding and the dumb chick behind the counter acted like she couldn't even be bothered. She said they were really booked (without even asking when the wedding was) and said I could email a pic of what I wanted and "they'd try" to replicate it. Don't bother with this place
Inconsistent cupcakes that are over priced. Ordered over 60+ cupcakes for a party and not one person commented on them,in fact most spit out the raspberries because they were very sour. The cupcakes were very dry and hardly any taste. The owners were contacted by email over 3 was ago and still no response. Very disappointed.
☆ DELICIOUS variety of flavors ☆ Plus it's a very cute shop. The decor reminds me of Mackinac Island. I did not want to leave. Go get a box of these cupcakes, and your day will improve!
