Just a reminder to always treat people kindly. You would expect inquiring about a counseling service that all individuals involved would be warm and friendly, however that wasn’t the case when I inquired about online services. A counselor who thinks talking down to people is okay? Red flag, hard pass.
Requested an appointment online, their site says they will get back to you in 24 hours. Its been over that and nothing. Tried calling the number on their website and even the one provided through Google search with no answer and the voicemail box is a private voicemail. I understand that with Covid that hours and services have been altered but their website should reflect that. And they should have some kind of answering service that lets clients and potential clients know the new operation hours and how to get ahold of them... read more
