I have been using Simply Color for over 8 yrs and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. Besides having gorgeous canvases and acrylics (that's what I mainly purchase), their customer service is AMAZING! Anytime I have ever had an issue or concern, they address it immediately with such poise and a sense of urgency. JOY IS OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! Aside from their superb quality, she is the reason I am so dedicated to this company. Stellar customer service on top of quality product....SOLD!

I placed an order on 5/1 for 4 different large metal prints. I knew ship time would be a little longer as the lab was working with a skeleton crew due to covid. I was told on two separate occasions my order would be shipped out that week and here I am FOUR WEEKS LATER with nothing. I've also reached out and was promised a call from a manager and no call. I was under the impression this was a high end lab yet their customer service proves differently. Extremely disappointed and so is my client!

I am simply in love with my order of Heirloom wood blocks. I ordered on Sun 2/23 and had them in hand on Monday 3/2. The color is amazing and quality is spectacular. I was hesitant to order based on a lot of the reviews here with long turn around times. I can only base my opinion on my own experience and maybe their canvas process is a little different. Highly recommend the Heirloom wood blocks. ♥♥♥

Really disappointed! I ordered on December 21st and the expected shipping time said on the 30th. It’s been over 2 weeks now since the expected shipping date and I still haven’t received my order.

While I am happy with their quality, I am so so tired of making my clients wait weeks and weeks to get their canvases. I have placed my last 2 orders with them and will be switching canvas suppliers, but I have inquired 3 times now as to where my orders are with no response.

Simply Canvas, please go back to the company you used to be. Their customer service is terrible. There canvases are very good and I have used them for years but delivery times have slipped and when you inquire they just want to know if you want to upgrade to expedited shipping. I just want you to complete and ship my order in less than two weeks. Literally everyone else in the industry is beating you in terms of quality, production schedule and customer service.
