These guys did an amazing job. Took very good care of my pool. They are so trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful, and clean individuals. I will be calling them again. Thank you Jonas!
Scam artists. Hired them while selling my house. I was out of state so could not verify anything was being done. I was charged for a month of service, plus multiple repairs. My realtor contacted me saying the pool looked horrible and wasn’t working. I had a second company come out, Texas Best Pool Care, who showed proof and told me no one had worked on the pool in at least a month, and none of the equipment was repaired. Bad experience from first phone call. This was a new service phone call…..The son hung up on me because I corrected him when he called out the address. I Talked to the dad for 45 minutes. He explained his whole software he uses and how they do this and don’t do that only to NO show me and not answer my calls. Called the office back and the son made excuses for him. He said he was gonna reach out to his dad and find out why he didn’t show up. I never heard back AGAIN so I tried to call and the phone goes straight to voicemail... read more
