DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They are strict about imposing a heavy reschedule fee. However, they no-showed on me TWO times IN A ROW. First time perhaps a fluke, but TWICE? IN A ROW?? Totally unprofessional. They will screw up your schedule. DO NOT USE THEM. (Guy named Beto is either the owner or scheduler. Horribly unprofessional... don't waste your time.)
I used simply clean for over five years and the past two have been the absolute worst. I’m not sure if the hiring team changed but the constant rescheduling, shortcuts by not upholding to the two hour window and then charging the full price, plus major misses on trash, toilets, and kitchen areas are unacceptable. I have used Simply Clean for years and recently ended my business with them due to their poor planning and customer service. I had booked my cleaning weeks in advance between the time of 8am to 10am to ensure my dogs will be at the groomers and someone will be home during the time of the cleaning. I texted to check in on their arrival and they told me that their cleaners won’t be available until around 12pm! I have doctor appointments and other plans I cannot change.
