I have used Simply Clean for years and recently ended my business with them due to their poor planning and customer service. I had booked my cleaning weeks in advance between the time of 8am to 10am to ensure my dogs will be at the groomers and someone will be home during the time of the cleaning. I texted to check in on their arrival and they told me that their cleaners won’t be available until around 12pm! I have doctor appointments and other plans I cannot change.
