I hired them to do a deep clean of my vacant house before listing it for sale. This was the worst excuse for cleaning I have ever seen. 2 out of 3 toilets were not cleaned at all, still had scum ring in bowl (pic) and not even wiped down. Shower doors were not cleaned at all, left covered in a layer of film. Lots of hair left in shower drain (pic)! I used this service 2 separate times. The 1st time they did a great job. The 2nd time they broke a mirror in the my bathroom. I was in the house I heard a loud noise and went to check. The lady was ok and said everything was fine. I went back after they completed the restroom to discover a glass container on the countertop had been broken. No big deal, but it bothered me that I had to discover it and they didn't point this out.
