I hadn’t been in for an adjustment for a long time, then I tripped and fell coming up our steps. My lower back and shoulder were hurting. Dr. Ball got me all fixed up. She recommended I ice the shoulder area as she really had to work on it. I can always count on improvement after I’ve been in there.
