Jessi the owner is an absolute gem! Her and her staff were able to put together thee most beautiful sweet 16 cake for my daughter with just a couple days notice. Not only did my daughter love how beautiful the cake was, her and everyone there loved how moist and yummy it was. The red raspberry filling was so tasty. I would highly recommend Simply Caketastic for your custom cake needs!! Thanks again Jessi and staff we loved the cake.
I used to love buying cakes here, but after our recent purchase creativity & quality has really gone downhill. I hope they can turn things around, but will no longer be purchasing cakes for my friends or family here. We pre-ordered the cake two weeks in advance; even forgot to put any writing on the cake. In times past this place has hit the mark, but this last cake for $170 was a big dud; baffled by the egregious disregard for quality and creative freedom.

I got a three tier wedding cake from Simply Caketastic in August of 2024 and I'm still thinking about it today and wishing I could have more haha! Not only was it beautifully made and delivered at a reasonable price, but the taste of the cake, filling, and even the fondant was truly unbeatably delicious. Excellent. From ordering to eating the cake. Perfection. The cake is absolutely stunning. the cake decorator brought my nieces birthday vision to life. And it was delicious. When I asked the birthday girl her fav part of the celebration, she said it was the cake! Can’t recommend them enough. 🫶
