Ordered a cake for a Bachelorette Party. The cake looked great. However.. I understand why they used fondant, but I asked them not to. And the cake did not taste good. It was wickedly sweet, and dry. So dry that the end was rock hard.
Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious—every bite was perfect! The bakery owner, Jessi, was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend this bakery—it’s officially our favorite shop from now on!
They made me a beautiful baby shower cake and a year later we're coming back for our wedding cake!
Jessi the owner is an absolute gem! Her and her staff were able to put together thee most beautiful sweet 16 cake for my daughter with just a couple days notice. Not only did my daughter love how beautiful the cake was, her and everyone there loved how moist and yummy it was. The red raspberry filling was so tasty. I would highly recommend Simply Caketastic for your custom cake needs!! Thanks again Jessi and staff we loved the cake.
I used to love buying cakes here, but after our recent purchase creativity & quality has really gone downhill. I hope they can turn things around, but will no longer be purchasing cakes for my friends or family here. We pre-ordered the cake two weeks in advance; even forgot to put any writing on the cake. In times past this place has hit the mark, but this last cake for $170 was a big dud; baffled by the egregious disregard for quality and creative freedom.
