The attention to detail is highly appreciated. Great experience all around.
Disgusting experience with this salon. Last spring, I asked to dye my hair a trendy copper brown shade and even showed a reference photo. Instead, they made my hair a bright, unnatural red. When I asked about it, they decided to fix it by adding highlights and dyeing it again. The result was even worse — absolutely awful. And yet, I was still charged the full price. A professional salon should have acknowledged the mistake, offered compensation, or at least not made me pay. Terrible place. Never again.

If I could give a million stars I would! Lila has such an amazing attention to detail. She strives for perfection. My hair looks and feels amazing! It was my first time here after a bad hair cut and color and let me just say I have found my place!
