My child experienced a severe mental health crisis while enrolled in Simply Bee. After starting antidepressant medication for the first time, they developed intense and constant suicidal ideation, which is a known risk when beginning these medications. Not sure why we have such a bad experiences but in pretty disappointed we spent so much time on this. Extremely unprofessional. Rescheduled three times. The last one was less than two hours before the appointment was scheduled. I was left a voice message letting me know and in the message they stated they sent me an email along with my child's father. It turns out they didn't even send the email to the right parent. My daughter was a patient there. She is no longer one, but they continue to bill me for an appointment she never had and was canceled weeks ago. The billing department does not answer the phones.
