Made an appointment got a confirmation email went to the office and door was locked. So no body showed up to work?
So let me start by saying I've had a cracked tooth for over a year plus use to go to Philadelphia Mills dental went last October 2024 to get tooth extracted as they confirmed it was cracked. Dr said they rather try and save the tooth instead of extracted it as I asked and said my insurance should approve it due to my health issues so for about 3 -4 months ive heard nothing from them about it being approved called to get help but constantly got put on hold for long times. I recently had dentures made at urban dental, the procedure was made easy by all the staff. I was pleased with the results in every aspect. They were professional, polite and would recommend them for any dental needs.
