Very nice staff, very nice office and they were upfront and professional about the steps that needed to be taken immediately and future appointments as this was an emergency appointment. I am pleased with the outcome and know what's ahead . Even received a follow up call from Dr. Goldenberg to make sure I was feeling ok. Nice office and nice people.
I've been going for annual checkups for a few years and have had a great experience each time. Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable, and the hygienists are honest about brushing habits in a kind, unbiased way. The doctor is professional, and everyone does their job as you'd expect in a professional manner. Overall, there a great team and definitely live up to the expectations of a good business. I'd definitely recommend them if that's what you're looking for in an establishment.
I can't thank Dr. Andy and Nicole enough for their kindness and patience in trying to help me figure out why I'm having pain on the left side of my neck and head. They spent lots of time looking at X-rays and thoroughly examining my mouth. While the issue is not yet resolved, Dr. Andy put me on medication and told me he wanted to see me in a week. He also stressed that if the pain got worse in the meantime I should call and see him again. He told me I may need to see an ENT. I guess I may know more after my visit next week. ... read more
I came to Simply Beautiful Smiles a few years ago and was concerned that I would need dentures because crowns and teeth were gone. The doctor, hygienist, and front staff are always friendly and listen to my concerns. They helped me work out a very reasonable payment plan for things my insurance didn't cover. I managed to keep teeth and restore my mouth, a big plus when i want to eat crunchy things. I absolutely recommend this office if you have dental anxiety. They are calm, pleasant, professional and competent.
I was ready to leave and find a new practice at my recent visit, but want to publicly call out Ms Dee and Ms Denise as it is ONLY because of these particular humans and the spectacular service they provided that i will be returning.
