Something changed at Simply Beautiful Smiles. I came to my appointment and was asked if I was a new patient. No I’ve been coming here for years and was just here 5 months ago. Fine I’ll fill out paperwork. Sat there for over 30 min. A dentist comes to reception and says it’s slow and reception says there were many cancellations. So why am I still sitting here? The topper was an another patient comes in and gets apologies for having to fill out paperwork then just as he sits to fill it out gets called back. How? I’m here now ... read more
