While the front desk staff at this dental office have always been friendly and professional, the experience with the dentists—particularly Dr. Maitland—has been extremely disappointing. There seems to be constant turnover with the dentists, which makes it hard to feel confident in the care you’re receiving. Unfortunately, the overall experience has often felt like I’m getting Medicaid-level treatment despite spending a significant amount of money here. I called in to make an appointment with this office. I was greeted with an unhelpful receptionist. I asked to make an appointment she told me they weren’t taking any and hung up. She could have at least told me when they would have possible openings.
Wonderful place, caring people, so accomadating!!
Amazing team. They were so awesome and so informative, as a person who literally hates dentists more than jumping off a bridge , they made my experience so worth it. Thanks for allowing me to now stick with 1 dentist instead of always switching. You guys rock!
