I am very disappointed with my experience with Simply Bathroom Solutions and problems with the first job they did are starting to appear. I felt manipulated and gaslit throughout and every time they made a mistake I was blamed. I won’t be going back for my next job.
We had SBS do our ensuite a few years ago and loved their work so much that we didnt hesitate to have them back when it was time to do our kitchen, laundry and main bathroom. Liz did an amazing design that suited all our family's needs and helped guide us throughout the entire process from flooring options, stone choice, paint colours and all the other small details that pop up along the way. SBS did an outstanding job on our recent Bathroom renovation! Liz, Mark and Troy were all amazing to deal with from start to finish. Liz really has done an incredible job with the design and was very patient despite my partner and I being quite particular. We will most certainly be back when it's time to do the ensuite! 10/10 !
