Our studio has been using Simply Color for around 20 years. I have found no other labs quality as good for the costs. They always take care of any concern I have immediately. They are a pleasure to work with!
Quality and Service is VERY POOR!! AVOID!! Response is full of lies and their review was downgraded to a 1, wish I could give 0 stars at this point. ORIGINAL POST: The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they are giving a refund and I received one good product. But instead of actually trying to re- print and fix their quality issues they preferred to just refund. Look at the reviews, they have been going down hill for years. I have used Simply Color for years. I have recommended them to other photographers in that time. Many stopped using them and told me that they had issues with the backs of the float wraps falling off, etc. I have often received dinged float wraps, etc. They were recently bought out I believe and while I'm less likely to get a dinged corner, customer service has gone to crap. spent years collecting loyalty points from this company since I started in 2012 or so. In 2019 my husband passed unexpectedly. I paused my photography for awhile and came back and decided to use my points to print some new samples, etc. I put in the order and they called and told me I cant use all my loyalty points I'd saved over the years. conveniently they "just did away with that program last month". but there was also (conveniently) nothing sent out making people aware and my loyalty points still displayed on their site.... read more
