Horrible customer service. I have called 3 times in 2 days and ZERO response. I ordered 2 of the exact same product, everything on my end reflected this. What I received is only one product. I had a client waiting on this order, which in turn makes me look bad. As it is, it took over 2 weeks to receive said item. Horrible. I have been a customer for so many years. Simply Color is amazing. I am a professional photography that shoots portraiture and fine art. The large format prints that they do for me personally are always beautiful. My portrait clients are always very happy. I highly recommend them
Simply Color Lab used to be the go-to place to get canvases and I've recommended them to plenty of people throughout the years. That's no longer the case, and in fact, I'd strongly advise everyone to stay far away from here. Only after receiving my disappointing order did I find out that the original company had been bought out not too long ago, and the quality, consistency and customer service seem to have suffered because of this.
