Best he in the air company I’ve seen by far
Unknowledgeable, shows up late, and does not own up to mistakes. Did not install a drain line on a brand new install and being notified, it took 2 weeks for them to come out and install a drain pump. Wired the pump incorrectly and caused the drain pump to overflow. Water damage to the surrounding walls and floors. I have no electrical experience at all and was able to understand and fix the drain pump wiring instead of waiting. They DO NOT pull permits either
Checked my friends AC out a week ago and said he Had to order a fan motor haven't heard from them in a week and my friend doesn't have any heat and in the next few days the temperature is going to dip into the 20's. I am an appliance repairman and I know that all they needed to do was go pick up a motor at the supplier in jax there are numerous suppliers in jax. What a worthless company.
How can a company hire incompetent management and staff, i wouldn't allow this company to install a igloo cooler...
