Bought a wedding dress from here. Emailed about a return, was not aware of return policy. Was not verbally told about the policy, was not physically shown, did not sign a contract and policy was not on receipt. Owner stated in email there was no refund or exchanges and sales were final. Said policy was on a sign at the register which I was not aware of. She did not tell me or show me this sign when I checked out. Simplistic Bride was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although I didn’t find my perfect dress, I know the ladies behind the scenes are working at getting more variety and styles to offer. My stylist was awesome - and hilarious. Can’t wait to see how much they grow!
