It's been a few years since I've had the displeasure of having to come here. I was very sick. For a long time. Just a tip to anyone in a similar situation... If any place says, or gives you the vibe of "you have to advocate for yourself", find another place ASAP. When you're sick, you need to get to the helpful place, explain your symptoms and answer the doctor's questions. Fella Ezzekmi-Aksouh, PA, the provider, comes across as rude and superficial. She seems uninterested in genuinely engaging with clients, often failing to listen or address patient needs thoroughly. Her observations feel overly surface-level, lacking attention to detail and genuine care.

I want to know when they will improve there appointment service and service when you call them. The Automated line is horrible if you press for appointment in English it still run in Spanish. Secondly nowadays the call goes to a incompetent call center not to the clinic where the representative are either sleepy or don't like there job there level of English speaking is completely unacceptable and poor then it's takes the 5 minutes to pull up the record the few time they said at call center that I don't exists after few minu... read more
