I'd like to start by saying my stylist was very kind, so I gave two stars. However, I have to mention that I do not recommend Simplicity for balayage highlights. Although the style is listed on their website, and I did call ahead to make sure someone skilled in the technique did my hair, the results were not good. I ended up with chunky/streaky highlights (see image attached). It was also very expensive, at $110 for partial balayage - quite a bit more expensive than my salon in the city - I just expected better.
