Simplicity took over property management after the building I live in was sold and inherited a major parking problem caused by the city. Although I wasn't happy with the parking policies they put in place initially they took my concerns seriously and worked hard to rectify the situation. Barb is great and is always responsive to my questions and concerns.

Barb is a great property Manger she really listens to us and takes our concerns very seriously and address's them in a timely manner. The properties are very well taken care of very clean. Highly recommend very professional.
Barb is the best property manager of all time. I have had the pleasure of working with her on a b2b level, and I wish that she was my landlord. She truly cares for her tenants and provides them a safe, clean and happy place to live. The negative reviews on here are because they got the wrong company. 5 Stars
