This business is no longer located here; I know because I am currently leasing through them and spent one hour trying to find this; they are now located in Nampa. Please note there is only one option to pay your monthly rent at this time; you have to mail to a post office box, very old school and very inconvenient for the customer. The leasing agent is not very responsive to emails and telephone calls made to try and verify rent receipt but very willing to threaten late fees if rent is not paid by the 3rd. Renters beware

Worst apartment I've ever lived in. These guys have needed to come into my apartment like two dozen times in the five months I've lived here. The apartment is under constant maintenance, I feel like I moved into the middle of a construction site. They shouldn't have sold me this apartment if they need to be in it all the time fixing it still, it's obviously not ready! You can never contact the real estate management company. Their businesses always send everything to voicemail and then sometimes they will call you back
