I want to start by saying the customer service was great at first. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to get me in quickly. Everyone was kind and welcoming when I arrived, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the nail service itself was not a good experience. I showed a reference photo of what I wanted to the nail tech, but he seemed unsure and confused about the design. It also took a long time for him to even get started. Helen is amazing. She always listens and makes sure I’m happy with whatever design I pick. Highly recommend this place. Very welcoming and relaxing.
Meh. Fill and pedi with gel for $103
Every time I come here, I leave feeling refreshed. I always request Tracy or Helen, both are absolutely wonderful and very thorough. Highly recommend
