My boyfriend and I had a great experience last night with pedicures. The price point was a bit higher than other salons in the area however the pedicures were amazing! Detailed, long massages and nice comfy chairs.
I want to start by saying the customer service was great at first. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to get me in quickly. Everyone was kind and welcoming when I arrived, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the nail service itself was not a good experience. I showed a reference photo of what I wanted to the nail tech, but he seemed unsure and confused about the design. It also took a long time for him to even get started. Helen is amazing. She always listens and makes sure I’m happy with whatever design I pick. Highly recommend this place. Very welcoming and relaxing.
