After my bad experience at the Plano location I decided to come here for a different experience. I had a pretty long drive and early morning traffic so I showed up late. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and understanding, and things like that can really make someone’s day who is going through something. Gyna AKA superwoman was so down to earth and genuine. Great results after just 3 treatments. Facility is clean and organized, staff is attentive and friendly. Very good packages and pricing available with no high-pressure sales. My last session was with Sam and she was great!
My first laser hair removal appointment, staff is super friendly. I worked with Ambar, loved her! She took the time to explain everything in detail and made me feel as comfortable as I could be for certain treatments during the treatments. I give her 10/10, she explained post care very well! I’m excited to see my results after I complete everything!
