Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. Dan was extremely professional and thorough and gave an amazing inspection and report. However, what really stood out was his communication. He gave very clear descriptions about issues and potential remedies and made sure that we understood exactly what he was talking about and what was going on. He truly went above and beyond for my wife and I as first time home buyers and we would absolutely recommend him to any and everyone we know.

Dan left a very detailed inspection with a lot of pictures. Went above and beyond and was very easy to communicate with. Saved me from closing on a house that had a lot of issues not once but twice! Highly recommend him to anyone in the Columbus area. 5 stars
Dan is a really nice guy. However, he missed some big ticket costly items that were obvious after closing on the home that my contractors pointed out (I was not aware of the missed items as a first time buyer during inspection). There was also more termite damage in the home than reported in my WDI report.
