Dan recently completed a home, termite and radon inspection for us. The price was fair and scheduling was easy. He was able to squeeze us in in order to meet our inspection deadline which we appreciated. He was very thorough and was quite familiar with the quirks that came with an older home. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. Dan was extremely professional and thorough and gave an amazing inspection and report. However, what really stood out was his communication. He gave very clear descriptions about issues and potential remedies and made sure that we understood exactly what he was talking about and what was going on. He truly went above and beyond for my wife and I as first time home buyers and we would absolutely recommend him to any and everyone we know.

Dan left a very detailed inspection with a lot of pictures. Went above and beyond and was very easy to communicate with. Saved me from closing on a house that had a lot of issues not once but twice! Highly recommend him to anyone in the Columbus area. 5 stars
