Mr. Bailey has been such a blessing to me. He has helped me at my lowest and has helped me developing ways to keep my thoughts in check, has also helped me with forming healthy boundaries with my family, friends, and relationships. I highly recommend them to my friends and family that are seeking therapy.
I called to inquire about their services, and the person answered the phone as if she were home. Total unprofessional and unwelcoming. They must give a course in telephone etiquette 101, and Courtesy, professionalism, and respect CPR. Sad, they are supposed to be in the business of helping.
I was a referral from the VA and I have been seeing Dr. Headen. I think he is great and I am very happy so far with my visits. He listens, we talk about my issues, and he doesn't look down at me when I talk about my issues. Every person is different and has different expectations from our Counselors but I feel that Dr. Headen is meeting my expectations so far. I would definately recommend him and Simplicity Counseling.
