Matthew was absolutely amazing in taking care of us from start to finish
I had a stressful time dealing with my insurance company. The only good thing that came out of that whole experience was dealing with Mathew at Simplicity Auto. They were professional, kept you updated, showed compassion and the best part….excellent work on my car!!! Matthew, the store manager, is the sole reason for this feedback. Matthew turned out to be a very professional, responsive, thorough and an excellent human being. He was genuinely a blessing in disguise at Simplicity. He was efficient, diligent and empathetic. He was very disciplined in knowledge and meticulous in public dealing.
