Excellent service from beginning to end. They were upfront, honest and very fast in their turn around. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and transparent and they event detailed my car top to bottom before pick up! Would absolutely use Simplicity Car Care again without hesitation.
Simplicity repaired my car after an accident. The repair took longer than expected due to a delay in receiving the parts but Simplicity kept me informed along the way, were always helpful and even rented a car for me for a week which went above and beyond as the delay was not with them. The end result is great.
Process was professional and courteous from start to finish.
