Great experience having my vehicle repaired at Simplicity. Excellent customer service from Joseph and the team at Simplicity, seamless coordination with CAA Insurance and Enterprise Car Rentals, and, most importantly, my car was returned to me looking good as new (they even cleaned it!)
The Simplicity Team nailed it! They went above and beyond to get everything right. I totally recommend this repair shop—they made me feel appreciated, were super understanding, and kept me in the loop about my car issues. It’s nice to see a family-oriented vibe in a business these days. One of the front desk guys was amazing (can't remember his name, but it's a common one, haha).
