Had a very positive experience at Simplicity. Nick was excellent to deal with. He was very prompt and responsive. Chris did an amazing job on the body work. Overall I’m very happy!
Can't say enough about the friendly staff you are treated like family. Very helpful, they arranged a rental car at reasonable rates Repairs were done at reasonably rates. The car was ready within 1 week as told. Work was very satisfactory an A plus I was recommended to Simplicity by a friend now I know why. Thank you staff for making my experience great. Took my vehicle to Simplicity for some minor fender repairs. The customer service was excellent, prices were fair, and the job was completed on time. If needed, I will definitely bring a vehicle here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the fine folks at Simplicity!
The before and after pictures speak for themselves. These guys did an amazing job and exceeded their timeline that they gave me. They were very understanding of my schedule as a busy mom of 3 and were incredibly patient, understanding and accommodating. Thank you Nick and everyone for your amazing work and patience.
Checked out this place to have a front bumper that was riddled with stone chips, repaired. From first contact online the entire process was so easy. A quote was provided very quickly and they had me in within a couple days. Nick and a tech greeted me, looked over the area to be repaired and explained the process clearly. I was given a date of completion which was met and even beat by a couple hours. Again I was met by these same two gentlemen who went over the repair and the immediate precautions while the paint fully cured.... read more
