Extremely bad service at Simpli Eye Care in Costco on Grant. My contact prescription had just expired. Costco cannot sell me lenses without a renewed prescription and I understand that, but Simpli Eye Care refused to even check for samples to hold me over until my appointment the next day. I saw Dr. Lee for the first time on Saturday. I felt she was very professional and personable and I felt I received high-quality service
In snd out with no problems, very friendly doctor, rapid exam. I felt very she was very competent and I was in good hands.
