Simplex posts bogus reviews to dilute and push it's negative feedback to the bottom. Please read everything. I tried Simplex 20 years ago after leaving my factory position job to become a Builder/ Dealer. I gave them a 2nd opportunity recently and need everyone to know that both ended in disaster. Called for a sales rep...would not discuss anything over phone even though I live 4 hours away and covid is going on. Would not tell me what areas or communities they build in nor mention any base price per model, would not discuss add-ons. Totally waste of time, I will move on to another builder.
I called for information, sent to voice mail. Nobody called back for a week. I called back again I was told to leave voice message. There was no service for leaving message in weekend. If this is before buying house, what you expect after buying 200K house. Bad customer service. I would not recommend to anyone.
