This place has the worst customer sevice you could ever imagine, the owner has a very bad actitude towards customers even scream at them , the employees some of them are noce but overall they dont care about the customer they do the work halfway and they talk to you with bad form , whomever gives them five stars have to be family , Do not recomend
The other reviews I read are completely in accurate hundreds of truck drivers are consistently in and out and everyone gets taken care of in a timely matter, I assume the bad reviews come from people who wait till last minute to file their fuel taxes, beautiful ladies handle all of your truck and DOT needs, they know what they're doing they do it right and they do it fast
This is the worst customer service ever ,the personnel is so incompetent!!!THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. would like to report Then To the DOT ,, If you want a fast service pay extra under the table
the people that works there they really dont know what they are doing. they try to do too many things at the same time and by the end they dont do one right. i dont recomend this place to anyone, when they have to charge you for something they answer all calls and serve you, but if they have to resolve something they dont even get the phone .
